Exporting the public interface to the closure as a tuple is a little odd. My next experiment is to turn the friq into a generator which should make the friq a little less odd. Then I plan to incorporate the friq in some type of higher level algorith such a Minimum Spanning Tree. In the end I wil try to assess if the closure based approach is better than a class.Mike Petryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00900707625184132791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10244190.post-77194903519844363212009-01-30T10:37:00.000-05:002009-01-30T10:37:00.000-05:00I'm curious why you chose to have friq return two ...I'm curious why you chose to have friq return two functions? If you'd defined those functions outside of friq and had client code import friq.py, wouldn't you have had access to those functions?

Or was the point of the exercise to use closures?

Thanks,
CameronCameron Lhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18333160416426678501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10244190.post-24599492490504393872009-01-29T21:33:00.000-05:002009-01-29T21:33:00.000-05:00I added a listing of the code.
